Juan Camus biography
El Camus – As he’s affectionately called by his Spanish fans, the already renowned Spanish star is ready to entertain in his own inimitable way with a mix of Latin & English music and songs.
For his achievements as a singer, songwriter and gifted entertainer he was awarded with various Gold, Platinum & Diamond awards proving that Juan Camus is not only an artist but an outstanding musical talent.
The release of “Las Cosas Que Nunca Dije” (Things I Never Told You) saw Juan emerging as a solo artist and writer, co-writing songs for the album and provided him with a hit single “Mia” (Mine) and later that year “Sólo Nací Para Quererte”( I Was Born To Love You).
Success continued with a second album, a techno-latin dance CD entitled “Exit”, which further confirmed his unique talent by providing him with another hit “Quiero” (I Want) and later that year a hit with “Aquí En Tu Piel” (Under My Skin). Juan continues to tour and delight his fans all around Spain and Europe by performing songs from the solo albums having gained respect and popularity amongst the public in all the European and Spanish speaking countries.
Juan has found himself collaborating with stars such as Luis Carlos Esteban (Olé Olé, Luz Casal, Thalía, Modern Talking), Niklas Hafemann, Keith & Tim Atack (Des’ree, Oleta Adams) and Peter Ries (N-Sync, Enigma and Eros Ramazotti).
It is the unique timbre in his voice that makes Juan so special with a mixture of fire and passion reaching everybody's hearts. Not only Juan's roots influence his pop with an edge but also his groovy loops combined with guitar sounds and melodic piano arrangements.
